"Really loved the cozy vibe"
I don’t know, there was just something about this little spot that really worked for me. It felt cozy and comfortable, and I ended up feeling super relaxed the whole time. Just a really nice place to be

"I booked a dinner class through Cozymeal..."
I booked a dinner class through Cozymeal and had a really good experience. The chef showed up right on time, had everything organized, and made the whole evening feel relaxed instead of overly formal. I liked that he explained what we were doing in a way that was easy to follow, but still kept it fun and casual. The only reason I’d give it 4 stars is because the booking messages took a little longer than I expected. Other than that, the chef himself was super professional, prepared, and really easy to talk to.

"Honestly, the food was really good"
Tried CozyMeal last weekend, and I don’t know what some people expect, but the food was actually way better than I thought it would be. Everything tasted fresh, the portions were solid, and it definitely didn’t feel rushed or cheap. I’d book again for sure.

"Such a fun online cooking class"
I tried a virtual cooking class on CozyMeal it was way more fun than I expected. The chef was super friendly, explained everything at a pace that didn’t make me panic, and somehow made cooking over video feel totally normal. I loved being able to ask questions while I was cooking, because I definitely needed a little backup here and there. The food turned out shockingly good too, like I almost couldn’t believe I made it myself. I’d absolutely do another one.

I had a really good experience with Cozymeal. From the very beginning, the communication was clear, who wants to be left guessing after booking something?

The emails had everything I needed, like the time, address, and what to expect. I had one question, and the reply came back quickly and actually made sense, which isn’t always the case, right?

Nothing felt confusing or overly complicated. The whole booking process was simple and smooth, and what more can you really ask for?

"Great for my gluten-free needs"

Had a private chef come over for the night, and shockingly, everything went exactly how you’d hope. The chef showed up on time, the food was amazing, and I didn’t have to pretend my own cooking was “restaurant quality” for once. Great experience overall

I had to cancel my cooking class, and they did eventually get it sorted out. But the replies were slow, and it kind of felt like nobody had actually read my message at first. The cancellation policy also felt a little strict, so the whole thing wasn’t terrible, just not as smooth as I’d hoped.

"Chef was late, but the food was worth it"
I booked through CozyMeal and the chef showed up about 25 minutes late. It wasnt a huge deal by the end, but it did throw off our dinner timing a bit. The food turned out really good though, so it wasnt a bad experience overall.

"Helpful support, just a little slower than I’d like"
I had a small issue with my booking and reached out to cozymeal support. I’ll admit I have a high standard when it comes to customer service, especially if there’s a reservation involved, so I was hoping for a quicker reply. That said, once they got back to me, the person helping was friendly, clear, and got everything sorted without making it complicated. It took a bit longer than I would’ve preferred, but overall it was a good experience and I’d still use them again

I booked a cooking class through Cozymeal a while back, I think it was sometime in March or maybe early April, and it ended up being worth it. The chef was really nice, there was more than enough food, and the whole booking process was super easy. I’d definitely use it again.

"Nice variety of menu options"
I was happy with the selection here. There were lots of different things to choose from, so it was easy to find something I liked. Definitely a good mix overall.

"Instructor really knew his stuff"
At first I was like, okay, let’s see how this goes… but the instructor really knew his stuff. Everything was explained super clearly, and I ended up learning a lot more than I expected. Impressed, not gonna lie.
